For 30 days, you will focus on laying bricks through disciplined daily actions that move you closer to becoming the person you were created to be.

The Daily Brick System
Every day, lay at least one brick in each pillar of life:

The specific brick you choose is up to you.
Your bricks should be intentional, measurable actions that move you forward and strengthen your pillars.
One warrior may choose to walk 15 minutes as a Health Brick.
Another may choose to focus on reducing inflammation through nutrition.
Both are laying bricks.
Consistency matters more than perfection.
